Refund & Return Policy

At Fashiondia.com, all of our dresses are custom-made to order. This means each dress is specially crafted based on your selected size, color, and specifications. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.


Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return or refund only under the following conditions:

  1. The item received is defective (e.g., faulty stitching, broken zipper, stains).

  2. The item is significantly different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong color, wrong size not matching your selected size, or incorrect design).

  3. You report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

  4. You provide clear photos or videos showing the problem.


Non-Eligible Situations

We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

  • If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind.

  • If you provided incorrect measurements or order details.

  • If the dress does not arrive in time due to delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • If the item shows signs of wear, use, or alteration after delivery.


How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us at support@fashiondia.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.

  2. Attach photos/videos clearly showing the problem.

  3. Our quality team will review your claim within 2-3 business days.

  4. If approved, we will offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the case.


Important Notes

  • All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet the above criteria.
